Do we need large amounts of data to work with you?

Data requirements vary by service. For Computer Vision Prototyping, we build a data collection strategy as part of the engagement — you may have more relevant material than you realise. For Speech-to-Insight, even a sample of 50–100 recordings is enough to begin a scoping conversation.

How do the fixed-scope engagements work in practice?

We begin with a scoping call where we define the objectives, data requirements, and acceptance criteria together. From there we send a written scope of work. Once agreed, we work to the stated timeline with bi-weekly progress updates, finishing with a handoff session and documentation package.

What industries do you typically serve?

Our current clients span call centres, legal firms, research teams, e-commerce platforms, and internal enterprise search teams. The common thread is that they're handling unstructured or loosely-structured data and want to make it more useful.

Will our data leave Malaysia?

Data residency requirements differ by client. We discuss hosting and processing locations during the scoping phase and can accommodate on-premise or Malaysia-hosted cloud setups where needed. We can sign data processing agreements aligned with PDPA requirements.

What happens after the project ends?

You receive full ownership of the code, models, and documentation. Many clients choose to continue with a separate maintenance retainer, but that is entirely optional. Our goal is that your team can operate the system independently after handoff.

What is the typical payment structure?

We invoice in two parts: 50% on project commencement and 50% on delivery. All prices are fixed and stated in the scope of work — there are no variable charges or hidden fees. Payments are accepted via bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit.
